In this customer any one can buy the listing agents, brokers, owners etc.
Customer wanting property on lease or purchase (outright)
If you are interested in any property kindly buy that listing and your details will be sent to the property owner.
Payment conditions apply:
Any member paying any amount will be purely advertising no other services are included.
Payment made using this website or any other form is non refundable / non adjustable / non transferable .
Any payment made twice will be considered for adding tenture to the selected services.
No dispute will be entertained after acknowldging comapnies terms and conditions before proceeding to pay for the services.
Any dispute ralated to payment need to notify us within 24 to 48 hours maximum.
Incase you choose us as your property broker or consultant then following things are applicable:
Visiting Charge Applicable on each property visit. Which will include Air Ticket, Taxi fare and lodging boarding . Amount can be decided as per the destination. Covid Guidelines etc.
2 % Brokerage on sale / one month rent as brokerage for lease property.
